TOURS
& SAFARIS
We arrange all levels and combinations of Tours, Safaris and
Excursions and are pleased to work with you on a customized
tour program that meets your precise specifications.
We
particularly specialize on educational tours for organized
Research Groups and College Students visiting Kenya as part
of an educational project. We also offer group fares and all
inclusive tour packages to clients travelling abroad to attend
trade exhibitions, conferences and seminars.
AIRLINE
TICKETING
We accept and process airline booking enquiries and provide
price quotations including quotations on special and promotional
fares and ensure clients are informed of all important reservation
changes in a prompt and efficient manner; we plan travel itineraries
in line with the basic requirements of the client and assist
to modify client product specifications as scheduling circumstances
change; we provide monitoring services for waitlisted flights
and ensure such waitlists are confirmed in the shortest possible
time. Finally, we handle airline reservations and issue tickets

HOTEL
BOOKINGS
Raydoll Tours has signed contracts with many hotel companies
enabling us to offer you excellent savings off regular rates
of the best hotels and lodges located in Kenya and elsewhere.
In Kenya, we facilitate hotel bookings with or without an
accompanying tour, and quote good rates on virtually every
category of hotel and safari lodge depending on your budget
limit and individual preferences.
RAILWAY
TICKETING
We are an appointed agent for railway ticketing and issue
train tickets to the main holiday resort of Mombasa.
AIRPORT
SERVICES
We meet and assist clients on arrival at all the main airports
and offer transport to the hotels as a regular feature of
our airport services.
CAR
HIRE SERVICES
We provide car hire services both on an unlimited mileage
self drive basis or with a chauffeur, using clean and well
maintained vehicles.
TRAVEL
INSURANCE
We quote and arrange travel insurance at very reasonable rates
to cover health, accidents, evacuation, and baggage loss and
flight cancellations and delays.
CONFERENCES,
SEMINARS & EXHIBITION COORDINATION
We provide air ticketing, hotel accommodation and airport
transfer packages and give specialist support services for
conferences, seminars, workshops and special meetings in many
disciplines ranging from manufacturing, healthcare, the sciences
